STRICT MANUFACTURING PROCESS




Maxis Metal Machines regards the robust machine structure as the foundation of the machine’s accuracy. In order to
ensure a long term long accuracy of the machine, all structural parts are machined by SNK five sided machining center.
It allows the workpiece to be machined in only one set up. After machining, a large three-dimension coordinate measuring machine is applied for precision inspections. All structural parts are built from high rigidity Meehanite cast iron, featuring maximum dampening capacity and wear-resistance.
PRECISION MEASUREMENTS





Straightness calibration with a laser unit is a necessity during assembling a machine, so as to ensure high accuracy movement on each exit. Maxis Metal Machines always pays special attention to every detail by employing the hightest standard level in the assembly of machines.









Spindle calibration may prevent machines from unnecessary power consumption and vibration under a heavy cutting condition. It also avoids parts wear, such as couplings, bearings and seals, etc. Each machine from Maxis Metal Machines is subject to laser inspection and ball bar test prior to shipment for thorough control of quality.
